Rhonda Revelle

Entering her 35th year at her alma mater in 2027, Rhonda Revelle has led the Huskers to over 1,200 victories. Revelle was a three-year letterwinner while a student at Nebraska, reaching the first Women’s College World Series and was named a 1982 All-Big Eight selection. 
 
Revelle, a native of Eugene, Oregon, was named the head coach at Nebraska in 1993 and has gone on to become the winningest coach of any sport in Nebraska history with a 1,222-688 record over her first 33 seasons (1993-2026). Revelle has led the Huskers to 24 postseason appearances and four Women’s College World Series (1998, 2002 and 2013). She has been a part of 38 of Nebraska’s 51 seasons of softball. Revelle and former associate head coach and fellow Husker alum Lori Sippel combined to be a part of 90 percent of Nebraska's all-time victories.

Most recently, Revelle led the Huskers to Big Ten regular season and tournament championships in 2026 and took the Big Red to its eighth Women's College World Series and first since 2013. She was the Big Ten Coach of the Year and helped NU to a program-record 52 wins. Revelle, Sippel, Diane Miller, Olivia Ferrell and Mandie Nocita comprised the 2026 NFCA Midwest Region Coaching Staff of the Year.
 
Entering the 2026 season, Revelle owns the fifth-most wins of any active Division I head coach.
