Parking at the Devaney Center

Public Parking is available by turning north onto N. 21st Street (Entrance Gate 2) off Salt Creek Roadway or by entering Entrance Gate 4 off of Salt Creek Roadway on the east side of Nebraska Innovation Campus. All public parking is $8 on Gymnastics event days. Parking is available in Lot 52 and 58. 

ADA public parking stalls are located on the east side of the Devaney Sports Center on N. 17th St. and in Lot 52 on the south side of the Devaney Sport Center. ADA stalls are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. University of Nebraska Faculty/Staff Lot A permit holders will be directed to public parking areas.

Bags & Bag Search

Only clear tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed into ticketed Nebraska events. One-gallon clear plastic bags and/or small handheld clutch purses (4.5” x 6.5”) will also be allowed to enter. Please see the Clear Bag Policy for more information.


Code of Conduct

Nebraska Gymnastics along with the Big Ten Conference and NCAA are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience by promoting good sportsmanship through its athletes, coaches and spectators.

We encourage the spectators to support your team in a positive manner while at the same time showing respect to the participants, team personnel, officials and other spectators in attendance.

- Fans can enjoy the gymnastics experience free from fighting, throwing objects, attempts to enter the mat, political or inciting messages and disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racial, obscene or abusive language or gestures.

- Fans shall comply with requests from event staff regarding arena policies and emergency response procedures.

- Fans shall conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the arena and in the parking lots.


Ejection Policy

Fans that refuse to follow the direction of the Event Staff or designated security officials, or fail to comply with the Fan Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets and may be in violation of city ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.


Emergency and Evacuation Procedures

Please report an emergency to the nearest event staff representative. In the event of an evacuation, please listen to the direction of the Public Address Announcer and/or event staff.


First Aid

The Red Cross provides emergency medical services at the first aid station located on the southwest corner of the concourse.


Gates

Doors open 60 minutes prior to the start of the event


Lost & Found

On game day, found items can be located inside the Guest Relations Office in the Hendricks Training Lobby. Items can be claimed during the weekdays by contacting the Athletic Events office at (402) 472-1003.


Photography

Limited use of cameras and portable radios are permitted. Flash photography is prohibited. Game action may not be filmed and consideration of other spectators is expected.


Prohibited Items

Coolers, large bags and backpacks, chair backs, noisemakers, glass bottles and cans, alcoholic beverages or controlled substances, video cameras, flags on poles, open umbrellas, and outside food and beverages. With the passage of the concealed weapons law in the state of Nebraska, fans are reminded that concealed weapons are not allowed on the UNL campus and are prohibited at all collegiate sporting events.


Re-Entry Policy

The Devaney Sports Center is a no re-entry facility. Patrons may not exit and re-enter the facility using the same ticket. There will be no exceptions for this policy.


Smoking/Tobacco Use

As of January 1, 2018, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is a smoke-free, tobacco-free and vapor free campus. Please visit www.unl.edu/tobacco-free-2018 for more information.”

The University of Nebraska promotes responsible tailgating. Please be considerate of those around you. Intoxication can lead to denied entry into the Devaney Sports Center.

Accessible Seating Areas - Sections B-7 through B-10 Row 7, Section B-11D, and C-10

Elevator - There are two elevators located inside the Devaney Sports Center on the northeast and southeast side of the building.

Parking - ADA public parking stalls are located on the east side of the Devaney Sports Center on N. 17th St. and in Lot 52 on the south side of the Devaney Sports Center. ADA stalls are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Public Parking is $7 for Gymnastic event days.

Service Animals - Service animals are permitted but must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. Assistance Animals (also called Emotional Support or Therapy Animals) are not considered service animals under the ADA. These animals are prohibited from entering all UNL Athletic Facilities.


Assistive Listening System Equipment

Equipment is available inside the Guest Relations Office located in the Hendricks Training Complex Lobby. A valid ID is required for deposit.


ATM

The ATM is located on the northeast concourse level of the Devaney Sports Center.

Depending on meet specifications, Nebraska Gymnastics may utilize one of two arena layouts. While all seating is general admission, the south A-level bleachers may or may not be utilized at each home event. In case of Emergencies or to report a disturbance in you area, send a SMS text message to 69050. Begin the message with UNLPD, then type in the issue and location. Standard SMS text message rates apply. This is a two-way system that will allow the UNL police to respond back as needed.

Tickets are for sale at the main ticket office at the northwest entrance of the north ramp, lower north arena entrance, and south entrance or online at www.huskers.com/tickets. Devaney Sports Center ticket sales locations will open 60 minutes prior to the start of the match.
