Elevator passes (2 people per pass) are issued for the East and West Stadiums for those in mobility impaired seats. Those holding suite or club level tickets can access elevators in their respective premium level lobby. 600 level east patrons have a dedicated escalator inside Gate 18. Service elevators will be used by elevator passes in east. An elevator is located inside Gate 15 which can be used for mobility impaired persons needing access to the upper northeast concourse.

Standing Policy

We have no policy which would remove fans from the stadium if they are simply cheering or being loud. If there are complaints that fans are standing throughout the game and blocking the view of those behind them, the fans will be warned that others have a right to see the game. We realize that in the student sections standing is customary and normally everyone stands throughout the game. However, in other parts of the stadium many people either prefer to sit or aren't physically able to stand throughout the game. Therefore, in order to see what is going on they do have a right to gain some assistance from staff members if people continually block their view by standing in front of them. Unless a person is drunk, disorderly or abusive they will not be removed from the stadium.

Smoking Policy

As of January 1, 2018, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is a smoke-free, tobacco-free, and vapor free campus. Please visit www.unl.edu/tobacco-free-2018 for more information.

Lost Patrons

Juveniles, disabled patrons and elderly unable to care for themselves should all be reported to the Stadium Operations Center. Stadium staff will remain with the reported person until a law enforcement official arrives to take control. The officer will give a general description of clothing, height, weight, hair color, age, hometown and area last seen to dispatch units. Stadium event staff will be notified. The officer will remain with the reported person until they are reunited with the missing party. Missing adults who can care for themselves will not be assisted by law enforcement.

Medical Exemption

Guests who have a need to bring in certain food/beverages for medical purposes will be allowed as long as those items meet the need of the individual with the medical condition. The Events Office should be notified when patrons request this exemption. Bags/containers that are used for medical purposes and do not meet the clear bag policy guidelines will need to enter specific gates for authorized entry. Please visit huskers.com/bagpolicy for complete details

Reporting is encouraged by everyone so we can narrow the amount of repeat issues in a season and better serve our guests.
