The Nebraska men's golf team finished day one of the Louisiana Classic Monday in 15th-place. The team total after one round was 313.
Tennessee leads the tournament with a total score of 279. Tennessee's Jason Powell shot a 67 today to take the lead in the tournament. Nebraska's Seth Porter is currently in 15th place after shooting a 74 today.
Blake Humbles sits in a tie for 37th place with a first-round score of 75. In a tie for 74th place Jim Troy shot a first-round 81. After shooting an 83, Kevin Bryson is in 79th place. Sophomore Mike Vanier shot an 84 and is currently in 80th place.
The second round was cancelled due to rain and the final 18 holes will be played tomorrow beginning at 7 a.m.
