Senior (2002-03)
Bryson had a solid fall campaign notching a tie for 10th in his first outing of the year to lead the Huskers in the Fairway Club Invitational. He recorded a first-round 69 to mark the best round of his career. Bryson competed in every round for NU in the fall, compiling a 75.50 scoring average.
Summer 2002
Bryson had a standout summer of 2002 as he finished second in the Nebraska Golf Association point standings. Bryson captured four consecutive point tournaments in the summer, winning The Homesteader, Columbus Classic, Ironwood Classic and Michelob Classic.
Junior (2001-02)
With competition in 28 rounds, Bryson recorded a scoring average of 76.75. A second-place showing at the Wesleyan Fall Preview marked his best finish of the season. In the same tournament, he recorded a personal-best total score of 219. A 71 in the second round of the Branson Creek Invitational and the first round at Drake marked his career-low spring round.
Sophomore (2000-01)
Bryson's best finish came in the Ram Intercollegiate with a tie for 28th place. Additionally, his best score was a 228 over three rounds in the Fairway Club Invitational. Bryson competed in a total of 11.5 rounds in the 2000-01 season, and finished the year with a scoring average of 77.13.
Freshman (1999-00)
In his only tournament appearance of the season, Bryson participated in the Fairway Club Invitational, shooting a 263 over three rounds.
Before Nebraska
Bryson competed at Kearney High under Coach Kirk Melson. Bryson won a total of 27 career medals and also won the district title his senior year. He was also a member of the Kansas-Nebraska Cup team and was inducted into the National Honor Society.
