Kathy Foley Season 1978

A two-year letterwinner for the Nebraska women's basketball team and a three-time letterwinner for the NU softball team, Kathy Foley appeared in 46 games for the Huskers on the hardcourt during her career.

Foley, a 5-3 guard from Blair, Neb., earned basketball letters following the 1975-76 and 1976-77 seasons, and closed her career with 75 points, 25 rebounds and 19 assists. 

As a true freshman in 1975-76, Foley appeared in 21 games and totaled 49 points, 17 rebounds and 18 assists, averaging 2.2 points per game. She hit 21-of-81 (25.9 percent) of her shots from the field and 70 percent (7-10) of her free throws.

She played in 25 games off the bench for the Huskers in 1976-77 and added 26 points, eight rebounds and an assist.
