Senior (1993-94)
Kari Clesson was a part-time starter in the Nebraska lineup during her five-year career in Lincoln. She earned 19 appearances in the Husker top five during her career. As a senior, she finished fourth at the 1993 Husker Classic during the fall, firing a career-best 230 that included a career-best final-round 73. She played eight rounds as a senior, notching an 80.6 stroke average.

During her career she produced an 84.8 stroke average over 60 rounds at Nebraska.

Junior (1992-93)
Clesson continued to see action in NU's lineup, competing in 14 rounds while posting an 83.1 stroke average. She managed a season-best three-round tournament total of 240, including a season-best round of 78.

She earned academic All-Big Eight accolades for her performance in the classroom.

Sophomore (1991-92)
In her third season, Clesson played in 14 rounds and produced an 85.5 season stroke average. She notched a season-best tournament score of 240, while adding a season-best round of 77.

Redshirt Freshman (1990-91)
In her second season with the Huskers, Clesson earned significant time in the Nebraska lineup. She competed in 24 rounds and produced an 86.9 stroke average that included a season-best round of 79 and a season-best three-round tournament total of 249.

Freshman (1989-90)
One of the top high school golfers in the state of Oklahoma, Clesson redshirted in her first season at Nebraska.

Personal
The daughter of Darrell and Shirley Clesson and Tony and Kay Price, Kari was born Jan. 22, 1971. A May 1994 graduate of Nebraska, Clesson was a 1993 academic All-Big Eight selection as a special education major.
