Freshman (1986-87)
Kelly Cross earned a spot on the Nebraska women's golf roster for the 1986-87 season. However, the Columbus, Neb., native did not compete at Nebraska and did not earn a varsity letter as a Husker. She did not return to the team for the 1987-88 season.

High School/Amateur
Cross earned three letters as a golfer at Columbus High School and was a team captain as a senior. She earned two medals at the Class A state tournament during her career. A solid all-around athlete, Cross also earned three letters in basketball and one letter as a volleyball player for the Discoverers. She graduated in the top 10 percent of her senior class and earned a 4.0 GPA.

The daughter of Roger and Roberta Cross, Kelly was born on Oct. 21, 1967 in Pocatello, Idaho.
