Da'Nelle Earl joined the Nebraska athletic department in August of 2005 and currently serves as the track and field director of operations. In addition to serving as the Husker meet director for all home competitions, her duties include coordinating all team travel, scheduling of meets, equipment management, creating and monitoring the track and field/cross country operating budget, liaison for compliance, academics, marketing, sports information, facilities, events and the Husker T&F Officials Association. Earl has earned certification from the Track and Field Academy in meet and program management.
Prior to her promotion as director of operations, Earl served as an operations and recruiting assistant with the track and field team. She assisted in the daily operations of the track and field program, recruiting and team travel.
Earl earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science and fitness programming at Liberty University, where she also competed in track and field. She then moved on to get her master's degree in exercise science with concentrations in biomechanics and exercise physiology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Earl resides in Lincoln with her husband, Kurt.
