Senior (1993-94)
One of the most decorated student-athletes in Nebraska women's golf history, Stephanie Flood closed her Husker career as a two-time winner of the True Temper Scholastic Award, a three-time NGCA Scholastic All-American and a three-time academic All-Big Eight performer. She also earned All-Big Eight honors as a true freshman by finishing fifth at the conference championships.

As a senior, the long-driving Canadian led the Huskers to their first-ever NCAA Regional appearance, where she finished with rounds of 77-82-78 (232) to finish in a tie for 80th individually. She helped the Huskers qualify for regionals by finishing 15th at the Big Eight Championships.

During the spring season, she finished second at the Midwest Golf Classic hosted by Iowa State, posting a two-round total of 153 to help the Huskers to the team title. She added a runner-up finish at the UNT/SMU Invitational with a two-round total of 150, leading the Huskers to another team crown. Flood was also NU's top finisher at the Southern Intercollegiate, closing the three rounds in 21st (238).

Flood closed her career with an 80.9 stroke average over 117 rounds for the Huskers.

Junior (1992-93)
Flood earned some of the top scholastic honors in the nation following her junior season, claiming the True Temper Scholastic Award, while adding NGCA Scholastic All-America honors for the second straight season. She also captured her second consecutive academic All-Big Eight honor.

On the course, Flood helped the Huskers to a fourth-place team finish at the Big Eight Championships, while ending the season with an 81.4 stroke average over 28 rounds. She produced a season-best round of 74 at the Kentucky Invitational, while adding a career-best three-round tournament score of 231 on her way to winning the 1992 Husker Classic in the fall.  

Sophomore (1991-92)
Flood followed a fabulous freshman season with a strong sophomore campaign, posting an 80.3 stroke average over 29 rounds. She managed a season-best round of 74, while adding a season-best tournament score of 232. 

Off the course, she earned NGCA Scholastic All-America honors while adding the first academic All-Big Eight award of her career.

Freshman (1990-91)
Flood made an immediate impact in the Husker lineup, frequently playing in Nebraska's No. 2 position behind All-American Joanne Brooks. Flood posted an 81.70 stroke average with a season-best round of 73 and a season-best tournament score of 232.

She earned All-Big Eight honors as a true freshman after finishing fifth at the Big Eight Championships. She led the tournament with four holes to play before settling for the fifth-place showing. She added another top-five finish as a freshman when she finished second at the 1991 Husker Classic, which was played during the spring campaign.

High School/Amateur
One of the top junior golfers in Canada, Flood was recruited to play both golf and volleyball by many schools in the United States.

Personal
The daughter of Brian and Mary Jo Flood, Stephanie was born Feb. 24, 1971. A French and Spanish major at Nebraska, Flood was one of the most decorated scholar-athletes in Husker women's golf history. Flood was a two-time winner of the True Temper Scholastic Award, presented to the nation's top scholar in women's golf. She was also a three-time NGCA Scholastic All-American and a three-time academic All-Big Eight honoree.
