Huskers Well Represented on Honor Roll

Thirteen current and former Husker softball players were among 235 Nebraska student-athletes recognized for their work in the classroom by being named to the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall semester.

Eight current players earned repeat selections to the honor roll, including three Huskers who have earned the recognition in every semester of college. Two freshmen also were recognized in their first semester.

Senior KoKo Tacha earned her seventh honor in as many semesters, along with Lizzy Aumua who was honored for the third time at NU. Fellow seniors Trisha Tannahill (6), Jessica Yoachim (5) and Katie Linke (2) also added another selection to their resume.

Junior Jaime Borg added her fifth honor in five semesters, while freshmen Meghan Mullin and Molly Hill each began their academic careers on a strong note, earning a spot on the honor roll in their first semester.

Former Huskers Kira Boerkircher, Sheena Lawrick and Anne Steffan also made the honor roll.
