Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
SAAC is a recognized student organization at the University of Nebraska and consists of at least two representatives from each of Nebraska's 24 intercollegiate teams. SAAC meets monthly throughout the academic year, communicating directly with the Director of Atheltics on various student-athlete welfare issues. SAAC also coordinates a number of events within the athletic department and the community of Lincoln to promote the importance of education, service and responsible decision making.

Lead N
Lead N is a leadership development group designed to help student-athletes grow as confident, self-aware, and socially responsible leaders. Through interactive meetings, student-athletes explore topics such as identity, communication, relationships, professional development, and community impact. Lead N creates space for personal reflection, open dialogue, and practical leadership experience - empowering student-athletes to lead with purpose both in and out of their sport.
