Preston Lehmann did not wrestle for the Huskers as a sophomore.

2014-15 (Redshirt Freshman)
Lehmann did not compete in any matches in his first season with the Huskers.

Before Nebraska
Lehmann transferred to Nebraska from North Dakota State. He did not compete for the Bison in any duals or open tournaments, and used his redshirt year in 2013-14. In high school Lehmann captured three state titles at West Fargo, compiling a 222-24 record in the process. He won 180 of those matches by fall, which was a state career record and earned 44 pins during his junior year, a single-season state record. As a senior, he went 50-0 at 182 pounds to help the Packers to a team state title. West Fargo also won the state title during Lehmann’s junior year, as he went 49-1 at 182 pounds. He compiled a 44-5 mark as a sophomore at 171 pounds after going 43-5 as a freshman. Lehmann won the 182-pound USA Wrestling National Junior Greco-Roman title and took third in freestyle in 2013. In 2014, he earned runner-up honors at the FILA Junior Greco-Roman tournament.

Personal
Preston is the son of Scott and Ellen Lehmann, and has three brothers, Alex, Tyler and Zach. Preston was born on Aug. 13, 1994. He is majoring in sociology at Nebraska.
