Matt Rasmussen Season 2009-10

2009-10 Outlook
Matt Rasmussen will add depth at 141 pounds this season. He reached the 100-win mark during his senior year at Arlington High School.

Before Nebraska
Rasmussen was a three-time Nebraska state qualifier at Arlington High School, including a Class C district title in 2008. A four-year letterwinner, he compiled a 101-49 prep record on the mat. On the football field, Rasmussen was a 2008 first-team all-district selection for the Eagles.

Academically, Rasmussen was named to the honor roll all eight semesters during high school and was also a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal
Matt is the son of Mark and Beth Rasmussen and has one sister, Katie (23), and one brother, Phillip (15). Matt was born on Aug. 1, 1990 in Phoenix, Ariz. Matt is majoring in dietetics at Nebraska.
