Sophomore (2010-11)
Regular Season

Lukow competed in four open tournaments for the Huskers as a sophomore accumulating a 5-8 overall record. After an 0-2 start at the Bob Smith Open, Lukow responded with three victories at the UNK Loper Open to help even his record at 3-3. Wrestling at 197 pounds for the majority of the season, Lukow finished the year in the heavyweight bracket at the Briar Cliff Open, where he won his final match of the year with a 5-1 decision over Nebraska-Omaha's Matt Spain.

2009-10
Lukow did not compete for the Huskers last season as he spent one year in Iraq serving in the military.

2008-09 (Freshman)
Regular Season
Lukow went 10-12 during his redshirt season for the Huskers. Lukow opened the season 0-2 at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open on Nov. 15, but went 2-2 at both the Kaufman-Brand Open and Oklahoma Open in late November. Lukow had his best showing with a 5-2 performance at the Fort Hays State Open on Dec. 6, before ending his season at the Brand and Grand View opens in late January.

Before Nebraska
Lukow was a three-sport athlete for Class C Lincoln Christian High School. He earned four letters for Coach Tim Negley on the mat and claimed third place at 171 pounds at the state championships his senior year. Lukow was also a three-year starter at tight end on the football team. He was named a team captain his senior year. He also participated in track and field during his senior season.

Lukow took a year off after high school to enlist as a Marine reserve. He took basic training in San Diego, before receiving specialized training as a generator mechanic in North Carolina.

Personal
The son of Stan and Bobbi Lukow, Livingston was born Dec. 20, 1988, in Lincoln. He has two brothers, Reed and Sheldon. Livingston is a marketing major at Nebraska.
