2002-03: Senior
A transfer from the University of Houston, senior Jennifer Baccarani was one of the top players for the Huskers during the 2002-03 season. Baccarani went 3-3 in singles action in the fall and finished second in the "A" Flight of the Lloyd Stokstad Invitational, while also putting together a record of 3-3 in doubles action.
Playing all of her singles matches in the Nos. 1 through 3 positions, Baccarani struggled to find wins in the spring. She finished the season with a 2-11 mark, picking up victories at the No. 1 and 2 spots.
Baccarani found better success on the doubles court, notching a 4-9 record over the spring season, including a perfect 1-0 in the No. 3 slot.
Before Nebraska
Baccarani began her collegiate career at the University of Houston playing for Coach Jennifer Hyde. In three years she compiled a 16-21 record primarily at the No. 4 singles spot. In doubles action, she went 20-13. She recorded the highest winning percentage in Houston women's tennis history with a mark of .941 (16-1) in 1999-2000.

Born April 10, 1981, in Toronto, Ontario, Jennifer is the daughter of Zito and Janet Baccarani. Jennifer has one brother, Matt, and is majoring in health.
