Team 1987-88 Nebraska Women's Basketball

Tamara Marks had one of the shortest playing careers of any Husker letterwinner. The sophomore from Bellevue, Neb., played one minute as a sophomore in 1987-88, recording a steal in the only action of her career. Her appearance came during the Big Eight season, as the Huskers rolled to the first Big Eight Conference title in school history with an 11-3 league mark and a 22-7 overall record.

The 5-6 guard out of Bellevue West High School was not eligible during the first semester of competition in 1987-88. She did not return to the Huskers team following the 1987-88 season.
