Senior (1988-89)
 Sabrina Brooks was one of the best outside shooters the Huskers had in the 1988-89 season. Brooks connected on 39.6 percent (19-48) of her shots from behind the arc and hit 35.5 percent of her field goal shots while averaging 8.7 points per game.  She also connected on 79.6 percent of her free throws.  Through the Big Eight Conference season, Brooks hit 100 percent of her free throws (20-20).

Sabrina Brooks saw action in 19 games for the Huskers and broke into the starting lineup 10 times, recording 30 assists and 25 steals through the season.  In the Huskers 84-75 loss to Missouri, Brooks erupted for a season-high 26 points.

Junior (1987-88)
Brooks started only two games for the Huskers, but she was the team's third leading scorer with a 12.2 per-game average.  Brooks averaged 3.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. 

Brooks had a career-high 30-point, eight-rebound performance against Texas A&M in the Wimmer's Invitational.  A fine 3-point shooter, Brooks led the Huskers with 47, including a high of five against Missouri-Kansas City.  Brooks scored 10 or more points 15 times last year, four times over 20.

Moberly Junior College
Brooks averaged 24 points per game and helped Moberly JC to an NJCC national championship.  At Moberly, she hit 55 percent from the field and 75 percent from the free-throw line.

Brooks is the daughter of Lena Brooks and was born Nov. 11, 1966, in Milwaukee, Wis.
