Indoor: Ran in the eighth-place distance medley relay at the Big Ten Championships…clocked a season-best 1:20.39 in the 600m at the Nebraska Tune-Up to take second and a season-best 1:52.88 in the 800m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational to place 12th…finished as runner-up in the 600m at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a 1:20.70…placed fourth in the 800m (1:54.75) and second in the 4x400m relay at the Graduate Classic.
2023
Indoor: Recorded season-best times of 1:20.80 in the 600m at the Nebraska Tune-Up and 1:53.63 in the 800m at the Tyson Invitational... Finished sixth in the 800m (1:56.26) and fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:22.07) at the Mark Colligan Memorial.
Outdoor: Won the 800m at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a time of 1:56.64…placed fifth in the 800m at the KSU Ward Haylett, crossing the line at 1:55.64.
2022
Indoor: Combined for six top-10 finishes in the 600m and 800m during the indoor season... Set a season-best time in the 600m at the Nebraska Mark Colligan Memorial, finishing in third place with a time of 1:21.83... Won the 600m at the Concordia Invite while competing unattached, finishing with a time of 1:21.74.
Outdoor: Recorded three top-10 finishes in the 800m during the outdoor season... Set a season-best time in the 800m at the KSU Ward Haylett Invitational, finishing in 1:54.30 for sixth place... Earned a season-best placing in the 800m at the Prairie Wolf Invite, finishing in fifth place with a time of 1:55.04.
Before Nebraska
Was the 800m Class C state champion for Freeman High School in Nebraska in 2021...finished second in the 400m at the state meet...as a sophomore in 2019, was part of Freeman's 3,200m state title team...had personal bests of 49.87 in the 400m and 1:55.76 in the 800m.
