2026
Indoor: Won the men’s 600m race at the Husker Tune Up, running 1:17.37…Won the men’s 800m race at the Tyson Invitational, running 1:47.43…Finished first in the men’s mile race at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, running 4:04.48…Raced to a first-place finish in the men’s mile with a time of 4:15.26…Won the men’s mile at the Graduate Classic running 4:08.85 and claimed first in the men’s 800m running 1:51.00…Earned first in the men’s 600m race at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 1:17.57…Finished third in the men’s 800m race at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational with a time of 1:49.69.

Outdoor: Placed third in the 800m (1:49.45) and forth in the 1500m (3:47.84) at the Stanford Invitational... Ran a personal best and earning first place in the mens 1500m (3:46.37) at Bryan Clay Invitational. 

2025
Indoor: Ran 1:49.50 in the 800m at the Husker Holiday Open to finish second and contributed to a third-place 4x400m relay finish…At the Graduate Classic, finished sixth in the mile (4:10.97) and seventh in the 600m (1:20.69). 

Outdoor: At the Big Ten Championships, placed 14th in the 4x400m relay (3:12.76) and 15th in the 800m (1:48.67)...Placed 28th in the 800m at the NCAA West Prelims (1:49.28)...Finished third in the 800m at the Ward Haylett Invite, running 1:49.53 and seventh in the 800m at the 44 Farms Invitational (1:50.50) and Drake Relays (1:50.74)...Ran 1:49.70 in the 800m, earning a 15th-place finish at the Desert Heat Classic…Contributed to a third-place 4x400m relay finish at the Ward Haylett Invite, running 3:12.64.

2024
Indoor: Ran in the eighth-place distance medley relay at the Big Ten Championships, while also posting the 15th-best 800m time with a 1:52.11…won the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a 4:11.47 and contributed to the runner-up 4x400m relay…finished third in the mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a season-best 4:11.42…placed second in the 800m (1:52.26) and the 4x400m relay at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Did not compete.

Before Nebraska
Two-time IHSAA state champion in the 800m...set conference records in the 1600m and 5K...clocked the fifth-fastest 800m ran in the state...contributed to a 4x800m relay that was ranked fourth in the nation.
