Indoor: Ran a personal-best 4:58.98 in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, placing fifth…clocked a personal-best 9:49.86 in the 3000m at the Tyson Invitational, finishing 13th…took second in the 3000m at the Mark Colligan Memorial and third in the mile at the Graduate Classic…closed the season with a 38th-place finish at the Big Ten Championships, running a 9:50.89 in the 3000m.

Indoor: Recorded a season-best mile time of 5.02.69 to place sixth at the Nebraska Tune-Up...set a new 3000 season-best time of 10.05.79 at the Tyson Invitational, finishing 10th.
Outdoor: Ran a season-best 10:40.96 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Championships to finish 11th…placed second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Jim Click Shootout (11:01.73) and sixth in the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4:35.96).
2022
Indoor: Recorded a season-best time of 5:20.95 in the mile at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational, finishing in third place... Ran to a season-best time of 10:34.95 in the 3,000m at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
Outdoor: Did not compete.
Before Nebraska
Attended Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Arizona...three-time state qualifier in cross country...placed 13th in 2017, fifth in 2019 and ninth in 2020 at the cross country state championships...posted a personal-best time of 18:29 in the 5K...four-time state qualifier in track...placed fourth in 1,600m and 3,200m...set personal-best times in the 800m (2:21), 1,600m (5:08) and 3,200m (11:03).
