Indoor: Posted season-best marks at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a 61-10 1/2 (18.86m) in the weight throw to place second and a 46-9 1/2 (14.26m) in the shot put to place sixth…finished fourth in the weight throw at the Mark Colligan Memorial (60-10 1/2, 18.55m) and the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational (58-11 1/4,17.96m)…added a sixth-place weight throw finish at the Graduate Classic with a 58-11 1/4 (17.96m).

Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the discus…placed ninth in the discus (178-4, 54.35m) and 13th in the hammer throw (194-8, 59.34m) at the Big Ten Championships…posted a personal-best 191-0 (58.22m) in the discus at the Drake Relays to take third…finished eighth in the hammer throw (192-10, 58.77m) and ninth in the discus (178-8, 54.47m) at the Michael Johnson Invitational…added a sixth-place discus finish at the Florida Relays (183-0, 55.79m) and an eighth-place discus finish at the Jim Click Shootout (174-1, 53.06m).

2023 
Indoor: Placed ninth in the weight throw at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a mark of 52-2 1/2 (15.91m).

Outdoor: Did not compete.

Before Nebraska
Letter in basketball and track at Sante Fe Trail High School…was a national champion in discus, three-time All-American in discus and an All-American in the hammer…recorded personal-best marks of 210-7 in the discus, 193-9 in the hammer and 53-5 in the shot put.
