2020 (Sophomore/COVID-19 Pandemic)
Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-America accolades by qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships in both the mile and 3,000m as the 11th seed and 15th seed, respectively, before the meet was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic...finished third in both the mile (4:09.68o) and 3,000m (8:14.02o) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...broke his own school record in the mile at the Washington Invitational with a personal-best time of 3:57.93 on the oversized track to place third and finish as the top collegiate finisher...also smashed his previous 3,000m school record at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a PR time of 7:50.93 to win the event...set a personal-best in the 800m with a time of 1:49.99 at the Mark Colligan Memorial to win the 800m crown...was a member of the winning DMR squad at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.

2019 (Freshman/Sophomore)
Indoor: Placed third in the 3,000m (8:26.82) and fourth in the mile (4:04.20) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...also finished 14th in the 5,000m with a personal-best time of 14:22.75 at the Big Ten Indoor Championships, the No. 6 time on a standard track in program history...became the first Husker in school history to run a sub-4:00 mile on a standard 200-meter track with a personal-best time of 3:59.61 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...broke the school record in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic with a personal-best time of 7:57.16o, the fastest indoor time in school history on any size of track at the time...ran a time of 8:08.89 in the 3,000m at the Big Ten Invitational, the No. 5 time on a standard track in NU history.

Outdoor: Finished 15th in the 1,500m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:46.87 to earn USTFCCCA second-team All-America honors...placed fourth in both the 1,500m (3:44.46) and 5,000m (14:36.21 - PR) at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships...set a personal best of 3:39.33 in the 1,500m at the Payton Jordan Invitational, the current No. 4 time in NU history in the event...ran a season-best time of 1:49.28A in the 800m at the Texas Tech Shootout...won the 800m title at the Beach Invitational.

Before Nebraska 
Joined the Huskers from Malelane, South Africa...attended Afrikaans Hoër Seunskool High School...competed in the 800m at the World Junior Championships in Poland in 2016 and ran 1:47.53 in the semifinal...finished fourth at the South African National Championships in 1:47.45, a personal best...set the fastest 1,000m time ever run by a junior South African, 2:19.08...was the South African junior champion in the 800m and the 1,500m in 2017...was the champion of the 800m at the 2017 Brussels Grand Prix, featuring some of the top middle distance runners around the world...attended University of Pretoria in 2017 and set a season best of 3:41.18 in the 1,500m...also set PRs of 1:17.86 in the 600m and 3:58.96 in the mile.

Born Aug. 6, 1998...parents are Alf and Susan...earned his bachelor's degree as an actuarial science major at Nebraska in May of 2021.
