Indoor: Ran a personal-best 3000m time (10:04.63) at the Nebraska Tune-Up, placing first…clocked a personal-best mile time (5:07.79) at the Mark Colligan memorial to take seventh…finished second in the 3000m (10:07.78) at the Graduate Classic and fifth in the 5000m (17:46.79) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.

Indoor: Ran to a season-best time of 10:18:52 in the 3000m, finishing sixth at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 5,000m at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a time of 17:31.12…clocked a 36:49.72 in the 10,000m at the Drake Relays to finish 15th.

Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Recorded a season-best time of 5:02.39 in the 1,500m at the Prairie Wolf Invite, finishing in third place.
Before Nebraska
Attended Papillion-La Vista South High School in Papillion, Nebraska…finished 33rd as a senior and 31st as a junior at the NSAA Class A State Cross Country Championships…ran a 5K cross country prep best of 19:41.1…placed ninth with the 4x800m relay team at the 2018 NSAA Class A State Championships…had prep bests in the 1,600m (5:38.09) and 3,200m (12:23.05).
