2020 (Junior/COVID-19 Pandemic)
Indoor: Finished 14th in the 800m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 2:10.76o...set personal-bests in the 600m (1:33.47) at the adidas Classic, 800m (2:10.13) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, 1,000m (2:55.31) at the Graduate Classic and mile (4:57.80o) at the Iowa State Classic...won the 600m title at the adidas Classic and the 800m crown at the Mark Colligan Memorial.

Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested.  

2019 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Ran season-bests in the 600m (1:37.82) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and 800m (2:15.97o) at the Iowa State Classic.

Outdoor: Finished 26th in the 800m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:21.35...set a PR in the 1,500m in a time of 4:52.16 at the Husker Invitational...ran a season-best time of 2:14.27 in the 800m at the Nebraska Invitational.

2018 (Freshman)
Indoor: Finished 10th in the DMR at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 12:02.57o...set season-bests in four events...placed third in the 600m at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 1:35.91...finished sixth in the 800m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite after clocking a time of 2:12.77...won the 1,000m at the Graduate Classic and posted a time of 3:01.67...recorded a time of 5:10.52 in the mile at the Gorilla Classic...won the DMR with a time of 12:14.05 at the Graduate Classic.

Outdoor: Placed 23rd in the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:13.73 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships...ran a season-best in the 1,500m with a time of 4:55.23A to place fifth at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout...won the 800m at the Nebraska Invitational with a time of 2:14.67.

Before Nebraska
Attended Lansing High School in Kansas...finished 16th at the state cross country meet as a senior with a time of 20:43.0...in track and field, finished sixth at the state championships in the 800m with a time of 2:24.05.
