Outdoor: Finished 10th with the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in 3:05.43, the 10th-fastest time in school history...earned second-team All-America honors...qualified for nationals in the 800m and was 24th overall with a time of 1:54.78...finished fifth in the 800m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in 1:48.32...won three regular-season event titles.Â

Indoor: Placed sixth in the 600m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 1:17.59...posted a 600m season best on the oversized track in the prelims at the Big Ten meet, 1:17.33...was second in the 600m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (1:19.73)...finished third in the 400m at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 47.91...posted a season-best 800m time of 1:52.46 at the Tyson Invitational...competed once with the DMR squad and three times with the 4x400m relay...had a season-best time of 3:13.18 to finish second in the 4x400m at the Frank Sevigne meet.
Outdoor: Set an outdoor season-best in the 800m with a time of 1:53.15, placing second at the 2016 Husker Spring Invitational...finished fourth in the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 9:49.98 at the 2016 Drake Relays...placed second in the 400m at the 2016 Nebraska Invitational with a time of 48.79 seconds...competed in six outdoor meets.
2015 (Freshman)
Indoor: Finished fourth in the 600m at the Big Ten Championships, running 1:18.29 on the oversized track...set a season best in the 600m of 1:18.21 to place third at the adidas Classic...won the 800m at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 1:53.20...also won his 800m section of the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a PR 1:50.76...took fourth in the 1,000m at the Holiday Inn Invitational (2:30.53).
Outdoor: Participated in six meets...set season-best times in the 400m (47.70) at the Nebraska Invite and in the 800m (1:50.49) at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, where he finished 12th...won the 800m at the Husker Spring Invite while taking runner-up honors in the 400m at the Nebraska Invite.
Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from North Star High School in Lincoln, Nebraska...won the all-class gold in the 800m (1:52.81) at the 2014 Nebraska State Track and Field Championships...also set the Heartland Athletic Conference meet record in the 800m with a time of 1:54.93 in 2014.

Born May 7, 1996...parents are Abdalla Mohammed and Hawa Yousef...majored in civil engineering...earned his bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2019.
