2016 (Junior)
Indoor: Competed unattached during the indoor season...set a 200m personal best of 22.22 at the Concordia Classic...posted a 400m PR of 49.66 at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
Outdoor: Earned first-team All-America honors with the 4x400m relay after finishing third at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:03.39...helped the relay to a time of 3:03.31 in prelims, the second-fastest time in NU outdoor history...won the Big Ten title with the 4x400m relay in 3:03.74 and earned first-team All-Big Ten...took first with the 4x100m relay at the Nebraska Invitational in 40.07...posted PRs of 21.30 in the 200m and 47.24 in the 400m.
Before Nebraska
Played football and ran track and field at Sioux Falls University for one season before transferring to Nebraska to focus solely on track...finished fourth in the 400m at the NSIC Indoor Championships as a freshman with a time of 50.21...won the outdoor 200m at the Drake Alternative in 22.32...attended Castle Rock High School in Colorado and was third in the 100m at the 2012 state championships...was a first-team all-conference football player and the special teams player of the year as a senior.
