Indoor: Competed in four meets and set a pole vault season best of 16-0 (4.88m) at the adidas Classic, finishing fourth.
Outdoor: Won the Tom Botts Invitational pole vault with a season-best 16-1 1/4 (4.91m)...placed third at the Husker Spring Invitational and Nebraska Invitational...competed in six meets in the pole vault.
2016 (Junior)
Indoor: Competed in the pole vault at five indoor meets...posted a season-best clearance of 16-0 (4.88m) at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...finished sixth at the Mark Colligan Memorial, clearing 15-7 1/4 (4.76m).
Outdoor: Competed in the pole vault at six outdoor meets...set an outdoor PR of 16-9 1/4 (5.11m) at the Kansas Relays...finished sixth in the pole vault at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a mark of 16-3 1/4 (4.96m).
2015 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Placed sixth in the pole vault at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a personal-best 16-11 (5.16m)...finished 15th at the Big Ten Indoor Championships at 15-9 3/4 (4.82m).
Outdoor: Cleared a pole vault season-best 16-2 3/4 (4.95m) at the Michael Johnson Classic to finish eighth...placed third at the season-opening Arizona State Pac-12 vs. Big Ten Invite...finished 13th at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships at 15-11 1/4 (4.86m).
2014 (Redshirt Freshman)
Indoor: Participated in a pair of meets for the Huskers during the 2014 indoor campaign...vaulted a mark of 14-4 (4.37m) at the Nebraska Tune-Up.
Outdoor: Notched a vault of 15-5 3/4 (4.72) at the Nebraska Invite.
2013 (Redshirt)
Redshirted the 2013 indoor and outdoor seasons...posted a vault of 14-6 (4.42m) at the Nebraska Tune-Up...notched a vault of 15-1 3/4 (4.62m) at the Nebraska Quad and 15-7 (4.75m) at the Nebraska Invitational during the outdoor season.
Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Sargent High School in Sargent, Nebraska...was the 2012 Nebraska Class D long jump champion, posting a leap of 21-6 (6.55m)...finished fourth in the pole vault with a vault of 14-0 (4.26m)...helped the Sargent 400m relay team to a first-place finish at the 2011 state meet...posted bests of 6.78 in the 55 meters, 11.00 in the 100 meters, 23.10 in the 200 meters, 15-3 1/2 (4.66m) in the pole vault and 21-6 (6.55m) in the long jump...was a two-time Class C state champion wrestler and four-time medalist at Sargent High School.

Born Feb. 23, 1994...parents are Greg and Carol...majored in nutrition, exercise and health science...earned his bachelor's degree from Nebraska in December of 2016.
