Indoor: Finished 11th in the DMR at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 9:58.16...posted a season best in the mile and placed fourth at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 4:12.18...posted a season best in the 800m and placed sixth at the Adidas Classic with a time of 1:57.40.
Outdoor: Competed in six regular-season meets... set a personal record in the 1,500m at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 3:49.67...placed third and posted a season best in the 800m at the John Jacobs Invitational with a time of 1:52.82.
2016 (Junior)
Indoor: Placed fourth in the distance medley relay at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 9:46.55...finished 30th in the 5,000m with an oversized PR of 15:10.53...finished second in the mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial in 4:09.44...was third in the 800m at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a personal-best time of 1:52.19...clocked in at 8:36.52 in the 3,000m at the Holiday Inn Invitational.
Outdoor: Set a season-best in the 1,500m at the Pac-12 vs. Big Ten Invitational with a time of 3:52.37, placing 14th...set a season-best in the 800m at the 2016 Nebraska Invitational with a third-place time of 1:52.79...competed in seven outdoor meets...finished 19th in the 1,500m at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:55.69.

Indoor: Did not compete due to an injury.
Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season...placed fourth at the Nebraska Invite in the 1,500m with a time of 4:00.36...ran a 1,500m season best time of 3:58.98 at the Musco Invitational.

Indoor: Recorded a personal-best time of 4:07.34 in the mile at the Tyson Invitational on his way to the event title...also finished third in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Invite at 4:07.84...recorded season bests of 1:55.45 in the 800m and 8:41.09 at altitude in the 3,000m...finished 26th in the mile at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 5,000m with a time of 15:09.72 to win the Emporia State Open...also competed in the Big Ten Championships, finishing 16th in the 1,500m...ran a 1:52.04 in the 800m at the Nebraska Invitational...notched a 3:51.00 in the 1,500m at the Mt. SAC Relays...was an academic All-Big Ten selection and a Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll selection both semesters.

Before Nebraska
Came to Nebraska from Kearney High School...was the 2012 Nebraska Class A 800m state champion with a time of 1:53.63...posted a second-place finish in the mile at the 2012 Nebraska state meet, recording a time of 4:18.24...came in second at the 2011 Class A State Cross Country Championships, notching a time of 16:04.1...finished second in the 800m at the 2011 Nebraska Class A State Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:53.95...also finished second in the mile after posting a time of 4:19.73 in helping Kearney to a fifth-place team finish...recorded outdoor bests of 1:53.52 in the 800m, 4:16.57 in the mile and 9:37.24 in the 3,200m...also posted an indoor mark of 4:22.28 in the mile at the UNK Charlie Foster Classic.
