2015 (Senior)
Morgan Woitzel competed in one meet for the Huskers as a senior in 2015...was Nebraska's 16th finisher (22:55.2) at the Augustana Twilight in Sioux Falls, S.D., Sept. 4...placed 235th overall in South Dakota...earned her fifth spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the spring of 2016.

2014 (Junior)
Woitzel was a not a member of the Nebraska cross country team in 2014...continued to focus on the 400 and 600-meter events as a junior indoors and sophomore outdoors on the track.

2013 (Sophomore)
Woitzel was a not a member of the Nebraska cross country team in 2013...continued to compete as a middle-distance runner on the Nebraska track and field team...competed in five meets as a 400- and 600-meter runner during the indoor season, while redshirting during the outdoor campaign.

2012 (Freshman)
Woitzel was a member of the Nebraska cross country team as a true freshman but did not compete for the Huskers...focused on building a training base to improve as a middle-distance runner for the Husker track and field teams.

Before Nebraska (Millard South)
Woitzel was a standout at Millard South, capturing the Class A state title in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:15.22 in 2010. She added a fourth-place finish at the 400 at the 2010 state meet in a time of 1:00.06. Woitzel helped Millard South's 1,600-meter relay to the 2011 Class state championship with a winning time of 3:58.27.

Personal
Morgan is the daughter of Todd and Michelle Woitzel. She was born Nov. 27, 1993. A biological sciences major, Morgan was a five-time Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll selection and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar 2015.
