Indoor: Ran a mile PR of 5:09.02 at the Nebraska Tune-Up...recorded a season best in the 3,000m of 10:35.41 at the Tyson Invitational.

Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 800m of 2:32.39 at the Husker Spring Invitational...competed twice in the 3,000m steeplechase, setting a season-best time of 11:38.61 at the Wichita State KT Woodman Classic.

2015 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Competed in five meets...ran a season-best mile time of 5:15.76 at the Nebraska Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Participated in three meets...finished runner-up in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Husker Spring Invite with a time of 11:33.57.

2014 (Freshman)
Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Huskers in the 2014 indoor campaign...recorded a season-best time of 5:11.08 in the mile at the New Mexico Invitational...set a personal-best time of 10:15.90 in the 3,000m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...also posted a fifth-place finish in the 3,000m at the Nebraska Tune-Up...took part in the distance medley relay at the Holiday Inn Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 4:51.20 at the Arkansas Spring Invite...set a personal-best 10:27.50 at the Arkansas Spring Invite in the 3,000m...competed in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Kansas Relays and set a personal best of 11:18.88...finished 20th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships.

Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Highlands Ranch High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado...recorded prep-best times of 2:21.64 in the 800m, 5:18.51 in the mile, 18:56.50 in the 5,000m, 5:09.55 in the 1,500m and 5:18.70 in the 1,600m...finished in the top 35 at the Nike Cross Nationals Southwest Regional...posted a sixth-place finish in the 800m at the USATF Colorado State Indoor Championships.
