Indoor: Was injured for most of the season but returned in time to finish fourth in the 400m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in 46.50...also finished second with the 4x400m relay with a season-best time of 3:06.47...won the 4x400 relay at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational in 3:08.47...was awarded the Big Ten's Wayne Duke Postgraduate Scholarship.
Outdoor: Capped his career with two All-America honors and a CoSIDA Academic All-America first team selection...finished third at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with the 4x400m relay in 3:03.39...ran 3:03.31 in prelims, the third-fastest time in NU history...finished 14th in the 400m in 45.98 for second-team All-America honors, bringing his career total to 11 All-America awards...at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, anchored the 4x400m relay to the conference title with a time of 3:03.74...finished second in both the 400m (personal-best 45.52) and 4x100m relay (39.75)...his 45.52 ranked third in NU history...set a 200m personal best of 20.98 to win the Nebraska Invitational...won 4x400m relay titles a tthe Husker Spring Invitational, Texas Invitational and Kansas Relays...captured the 400m at the Texas Invitational (46.32) and Kansas Relays (46.82)...received an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship and the Big Ten Wayne Duke Postgraduate Award.
2015 (Junior)
Indoor: Along with his 4x400m relay teammates, broke own NU school record with a time of 3:04.83 at the NCAA Indoor Championships to claim runner-up honors and first-team All-America status...placed 13th in the 400m at the NCAA Championships (46.88)...set the 400m indoor school record by running 46.32 to win the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...ran an oversized PR 45.91 to finish third at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...placed fifth in the 200m (21.32)...finished second in the 4x400 relay (3:07.04)...won event titles at the Holiday Inn Invite (600m), Mark Colligan Memorial (4x400), adidas Classic (4x400) and Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (4x400, 400m)...earned a Big Ten Sportsmanship Award for the indoor season.
Outdoor: Battled injuries throughout the season but returned to finish 13th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with the 4x100 relay team in 39.76, garnering second-team All-America honors...also placed 15th with the 4x400 relay team (3:07.72)...finished the 400m in 47.40 at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships to place 11th...finished third with the 4x100 relay team (40.17)...won the Nebraska Invitational 400m in 47.26.
2014 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Along with his 4x400m relay teammates, smashed the school record with a time of 3:05.25 at the NCAA Indoor Championships in a runner-up finish...also set the school record earlier in the year as part of the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:06.93 at the Tyson Invitational…finished runner-up with his 4x400m relay team at the 2014 Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 3:07.72, earning second-team All-Big Ten honors…recorded a personal-best time of 47.05 to claim top honors in the 400 meters at the Frank Sevigne Invite, a time that ranked sixth in the NU record books...earned another first-place finish in the 400 meters at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 47.12...clocked the fourth-best NU time in the 600 meters of 1:18.40 to finish runner-up at the Frank Sevigne Invite...ran a personal best in the 800 meters of 1:55.91 at the Holiday Inn Invitational...earned the top prize as part of the 4x400m relay team at the Holiday Inn Invitational with a time of 3:11.12...captured the title with his 4x400m relay teammates with a time of 3:12.99 at the Mark Colligan Memorial...battled to a sixth-place finish in the 400 meters at the Frank Sevigne Invite with a personal-best time of 47.04.
Outdoor: Earned first-team All-America honors with his 4x400m relay team, finishing sixth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:04.14...finished second at the Big Ten Championships prelims in the 400 meters...recorded a personal best in the 400 meters at the NCAA West Prelims of 46.12...posted a 10.68 in the 100 meters to give him a second-place finish at the Pre-Drake meet and recorded a personal-best 21.40 in the 200 meters to give him a fourth-place finish at the Nebraska Quad...claimed spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall and spring semesters...named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...was a second-team CoSIDA Academic All-American and a first-team CoSIDA All-District 7 selection and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, as well as academic All-Big Ten...also named to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team and earned a Nebraska Student-Athlete HERO Leadership Award.

Earned first-team All-America honors indoors in 2013, helping the men’s 4x400 meter relay team to a seventh-place finish with a then-school-record time of 3:07.63...finished the outdoor season with second-team All-America accolades in helping the men’s 4x400m relay team to a 16th-place finish and time of 3:06.96 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships...finished third in the 400 meters at the 2013 Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 46.70, posted a personal-best time of 46.63 in the preliminary round...helped the men’s 4x400m relay team to the Big Ten title at the outdoor meet with a time of 3:07.87, earning All-Big Ten honors...won the Drake Relays 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:03.79, tying for third all-time in the Nebraska record books...competed in nine meets for the Huskers indoors...finished fourth in the 600 meters at the 2013 Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 1:16.89...posted a personal-best time of 22.55 in the 200 meters at the NWU Invite...recorded a personal-best time of 1:16.89 in the 600m at the 2013 Big Ten Indoor Championships, marking the second-best oversized track time in the event in Husker history...finished 13th in the 400 meters at the NCAA West Prelims in Austin...garnered first-team All-Big Ten honors outdoors...claimed spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall and spring semesters...named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
Before Nebraska (Northwest)
Joined the Huskers from Northwest High School in Grand Island, Neb...posted marks of 21.58 in the 200 meters and 47.04 in the 400 meters and 2:00.00 in the 800 meters...set the Nebraska Class B state and meet record and the Nebraska all-class meet record in the 400 meters with a time of 47.05 in the preliminary round in 2012...earned the 2012 Nebraska Class B 400 meters title with a time of 47.31...finished first in the 200 meters at the 2012 state meet, posting a time of 21.58...became the 2011 Nebraska Class B state champion in the 400 meters (48.37), while finishing third in the 200 meters (22.36) and taking the 1,600-meter relay championship with a time of 3:25.24...finished second in the 400 meters at the 2012 New Balance Outdoor Nationals with a personal-best time of 47.01.
