2018 (Senior)
Indoor: Finished fifth with the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in 3:05.53, the second-fastest time in school history on any size of track...qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships with the relay team...finished ninth in the 400m in 47.34 at the Big Ten meet...set a standard-track PR of 47.19 in the 400m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational to win the event title with the No. 10 time in school history...set a PR of 21.26 at altitude in the 200m to win the Air Force Invitational title...won 4x400m relay titles at the Graduate Classic, Mark Colligan Memorial and Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.

Outdoor: Finished 10th with the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships to earn second-team All-America honors...narrowly missed qualifying for nationals in the 400m hurdles, finishing 13th at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in 50.71...was the Big Ten runner-up in the 400m hurdles in 50.77...won the 4x400m relay at the Kansas Relays and Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout.

2017 (Junior)
Indoor: Placed fourth at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in the 400m with a personal-best oversized track time of 46.35, the third-fastest time in NU history on any size of track...finished third with the 4x400m relay in 3:06.06, the No. 3 time in NU indoor history...was 14th in the 60m hurdles (8.14)...won three individual event titles during the regular season including two 60m hurdles wins and one win in the 400m...ran a PR 7.93 in the 60m hurdles at the Mark Colligan Memorial...won 4x400m relay titles at the adidas Classic and Holiday Inn Invitational.

Outdoor: Earned second-team All-America honors with the 4x400m relay with an 11th-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in 3:04.98, the No. 7 time in NU history...finished seventh in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships and 11th in the 110m hurdles...ran a personal-best 50.55 in the 400m hurdles to win the Texas Tech Red Raider Shootout...set a PR of 14.19 in the 110m hurdles in prelims at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships.

2016 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished 10th with the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Indoor Championships in 3:08.48 to earn second-team All-America honors...finished runner-up with the 4x400m relay (3:06.47) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships and earned second-team All-Big Ten accolades...achieved new personal bests in all three individual events he competed in during the regular season, the 400m (47.26), 600m (1:18.33) and 60m hurdles (8.16)...took first place in the 600m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with a time of 1:19.07...captured 4x400m relay titles at the New Mexico Team Invitational, Mark Colligan Memorial and Holiday Inn Invitational...cracked the NU indoor 600m top-10 chart.

Outdoor: Placed first at the Kansas Relays in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.75...finished third in the 110m hurdles at the Kansas Relays with a wind-aided 14.36...competed in the Big Ten Outdoor Championship and placed seventh in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.75...finished 14th in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in 51.63. 

2015 (Redshirt Freshman)
Indoor: Competed in six meets during the indoor season...set a PR in the 200m (22.10) and a 400m season best of 48.45 while setting a collegiate-best time in the 60m hurdles (8.23).

Outdoor: Placed 10th in the 110m hurdles at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships, running 14.41...set a season-best time of 52.66 in the 400m hurdles at the Michael Johnson Classic...won the 110m shuttle hurdle relay at the Drake Relays in 56.28.

2014 (Redshirt)
Indoor: Redshirted...competed in four meets unattached during the indoor season...improved his personal-best time in each of his four 60m hurdles appearances and finished with a best time of 8.19 at the Nebraska Tune-Up...also recorded times of 22.18 in the 200m and 49.90 in the 400m.

Outdoor: Redshirted...competing unattached, recorded times of 14.83 in the 110m hurdles at the Pre-Drake competition and 54.93 in the 400m hurdles at the Nebraska Quad.

Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Lincoln East High School...recorded prep bests of 14.39 in the 100m hurdles and 38.63 in the 300m hurdles...finished second in the 110m hurdles at the 2013 Nebraska Class A State Championships with a time of 14.44 and finished fourth in the 300m hurdles with a time of 39.66...came in third in the 110m hurdles at the 2012 Nebraska Class A State Championships with a time of 14.57 and finished fourth in the 300m hurdles with a time of 39.39...came in third in the 300m hurdles at the 2011 state meet with a time of 40.02.
