2007: Ashley Selig captured the sixth All-America honor of her career in 2007 with a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon... won her fourth Big 12 title during the outdoor season with a win in the heptathlon, the second of her career in the event... was named a First-Team Academic All-American for the second straight year... left NU as the school record holder in the pentathlon (4,336) and No. 2 on the heptathlon chart with 5,794 points... graduated in May 2006 with a degree in exercise science.

2006: Selig will compete only outdoors after choosing to redshirt and rehab a back injury following a successful senior indoor campaign... broke her own school indoor record for the pentathlon after setting individual event bests in the 60-meter hurdles and high jump to win her third Big 12 individual title... the mark ranked No. 1 among all NCAA athletes for the pentathlon in 2006... the high jump performance earned her first NCAA provisional qualification in the event... claimed fifth place while attempting to defend her NCAA indoor crown in the pentathlon... also ran for NU's sixth-place 4x400-meter and distance medley relays at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, along with competing in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing 10th (8.66)... won her second straight Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational pentathlon (4,107) in her first combined events competition of the season... earned runner-up honors in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 24.94 at the Prairie Wolf Invite... helped the Huskers win the Nebraska-Colorado State-Kent State Triangular with second-place finishes in the hurdles (8.77) and long jump (18-7 3/4), while also running the second leg on NU's winning 4x400-meter relay (3:44.34)... opened her senior season with a runner-up finish in the long jump (18-11 3/4) at the Holiday Inn Invite... was named Nebraska’s fifth CoSIDA Academic All-American for women’s track and field following the outdoor season

2005: Selig won the NCAA indoor championship in the pentathlon with a then-school-record point total of 4,327... placed third at the NCAA outdoor meet in the heptathlon for the second straight year with a personal-best score... set a career-best indoor mark in the long jump at the NCAA meet, while besting previous outdoor marks in the 800 meters, 100-meter hurdles and high jump at the NCAA outdoor meet... swept the Big 12 indoor pentathlon and outdoor heptathlon crowns... conference pentathlon score was a then-school record, while her Big 12 heptathlon total matched her previous career-high... set an indoor personal best in the 800 meters during the Big 12 indoor meet, while doing the same outdoors in the 200 meters and shot put... also competed individually in the long jump at both conference meets, finishing fifth indoors and seventh outdoors, as well as in the 4x400-meter relays, which placed fourth indoors and fifth outdoors... won the pentathlon indoors at the Husker Invite with a meet-record and NCAA-qualifying score of 4,171... won the long jump competitions at the Northern Iowa Invite (19-10 3/4) and Holiday Inn Invite (19-0)... ran on the winning 4x400-meter relays at the Holiday Inn Invite, Husker Invite and Iowa State Classic... opened the indoor season in early December with a second-place finish at the Carol Robinson Pentathlon... opened the outdoor season with a win in the heptathlon at the Cal Multi-Events (5,474w).

2004: Selig made the jump to All-America status as a junior... battled a back injury during the outdoor season, but regrouped to claim the heptathlon bronze at the NCAA outdoor meet (5,587)... won her first All-America honor at the NCAA indoor meet, where she finished seventh in the pentathlon (4,054)... competed in the heptathlon at the U.S. Olympic Trials, earning 14th place with 5,400 points... best finish of the outdoor season came at the Texas Relays, where she finished second with 5,316 points... placed fifth at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with 5,141 points... was the top collegiate finisher with 5,313 points in the Audrey Walton Heptathlon... ran a then-career-best time of 14.41 in the 100-meter hurdles at the Jim Click Shootout to open the outdoor season... threw the javelin a personal-best 126-11 in the NCAA heptathlon... won silver for the second consecutive year in the pentathlon at the Big 12 indoor meet with 4,005 points... led the NCAA for a week in the pentathlon with a score of 3,958 points at the Husker Invite... won the Panther Open pentathlon with 3,761 points... won the 600-yard run (1:24.61) at the Holiday Inn Invite.

2003: Selig had a stellar freshman campaign by taking silver at the Big 12 pentathlon and heptathlon competitions... came within eight points of champion Fiona Asigbee from Missouri at the Big 12 indoor meet, where Selig scored a then-personal-best 3,971 points... Selig automatically qualified for the NCAA outdoor meet with 5,549 points during the Big 12 heptathlon... finished 17th in the heptathlon at the NCAA Championships with 5,022 points despite a stress fracture in her foot... qualified for the NCAA Midwest Regional with a winning time of 59.58 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ward Haylett Invitational, but did not compete at the regional... won the Kansas Relays heptathlon with 5,954 points.

High School: Selig missed the 2002 Nebraska Class B State Championships with a severely strained hamstring suffered following the district competition, where she won three individual events and ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay... ended the 2002 season as the 100-meter hurdle state leader with a time of 14.6... the seven-time Class C gold medalist was the 2001 Class C and all-class gold medal champion in the 400-meter dash (56.48), 100-meter hurdles (14.81) and 300-meter hurdles... also ran the anchor leg on the winning Lincoln Lutheran 4x400-meter relay (4:04.06)... at the 2000 Class C state meet she won both hurdles (14.93 and 45.18), was runner-up in the 400 and anchored the third-place 4x400-meter relay... as a freshman, won her first state Class C title in the 300-meter hurdles and was second in the 100-meter hurdles, sixth in the 400-meter dash and tied for seventh in the high jump... had a successful record competing in summer track and field meets for the Lincoln Youth Track Club where she was consistently one of the top age-group heptathlon athletes in the country... best 400-meter hurdle time of 1:02.74 came in the prelims of the 2001 USATF National Youth Athletics Championship before finishing fourth (1:03.30)... best prep heptathlon score (4,674) came at the 2001 World Youth Championships held in Debrecen, Hungary, where she placed 15th in a strong field... was the 11th-highest scoring high school heptathlete in 2001... 2000 USATF National Youth Athletics intermediate girls (age 15-16) champion in both the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.03) and the heptathlon (4,212)... runner-up in both the intermediate girls 400-meter hurdles (1:02.91) and the heptathlon (4,436) at the USATF National Junior Olympics Championships... 2000 Cornhusker State Games Female Athlete of the Year.
