Indoor: Earned three top-10 finishes at the Graduate Classic in the 1000m (10th; 3:01.05), 800m (seventh; 2:17.14), and 4x400 (fifth; 4:02.75)...Competed in the mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial, running a personal best 5:12.75…Added another top-10 finish in the 800m at the Dr. Rick McGuire Invitational, running 2:16.93.

Outdoor: Ran a season’s best 4:45.32 in the 1500m at the Prairie Wolf Outdoor Invitational, earning second…Placed seventh in the 800m at the Ward Haylett Invite, running 2:15.53…Finished eighth in the 1500m at the Central Nebraska Challenge, running 4:59.43…Ran 2:18.73, finishing 17th in the 800m at the KT Woodman and finished 29th in the 1500m, running 4:55.12.

2024
Indoor: Finished third in the 800m (2:17.40) at the Graduate Classic and third in the 600m (1:38.97) at the Mark Colligan Memorial.

Outdoor: Did not compete.

2023
Indoor: Recorded a personal-best 800m time at the Nebraska Tune-Up, placing 13th with a 2:19.41.

Outdoor: Ran in the runner-up 4x400m relay at the Prairie Wolf Invite (4:11.78) and finished seventh in the 800m (2:24.44).

Before Nebraska
Maize High School in Maize, Kan…four-year letterwinner in cross country and three-year letterwinner in track…named to all-metro team for three years in cross country…was a four-time Class 5A all-state selection in cross country…Best of Kansas Preps all-state cross country team honoree in 2019…three-time selection to the all-metro team in track…earned Class 5A all-state recognition in track for three years.

Daughter of Jed and Jenny Ecord…has one brother, Kael…food science and technology major who earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May 2026.
