Scott Evans redshirted both the indoor and outdoor season in his first year at Nebraska.

 

High School (Omaha Gross)

Evans made great improvement his senior season at Gross Catholic High School in Omaha, Neb. under Coach Amber Johnson ... scored in four events as a senior at the 2007 Nebraska Class B State Track and Field Championships... was fourth in both the 110-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay, fifth in the 300-meter hurdles and seventh in the 100-meter dash... set personal-bests in the prelims in both hurdles (14.52, 40.44) and in the 100 (11.04) in each event... as a junior, was a member of the 4x100 relay that was third at the 2006 state meet... was a member of the National Honor Society.
