Indoor: Placed fourth at the Big Ten Championships with a throw of 21.59m (70-10) in the men's weight throw competition...Claimed second at the Husker Holiday Open in the weight throw in his Husker debut, throwing 20.52m (67-4). Threw for a mark of 21.47 (70-5 ¼) in men’s weight throw to become the sixth best in school history and claim the title at the Graduate Classic…Won the men’s weight throw competition at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a mark of 21.21m (69-7)...With a new personal best, he threw 22.12m (71-7), winning the men's weight throw title at the Frank Sevigne Invitational...At the Heartland Invitational, he placed second in men's weight throw with a mark of 21.01m (68-11 1/4)...Took the men's weight throw title, throwing a mark of 21.80m (71-6 1/4) at the Nebraska Tune-Up...

Outdoor: Won the mens hammer throw competition at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitatinal with a mark of 66.99m (219-9), good for forth in school history...Threw new personal best 67.47m (221-4) in the hammer throw at the Desert Heat Classic, improving his No. 4 mark in school history... Took home second in the men's hammer throw with a throw of 66.73m (218-9) at the Nebraska Spring Tune-Up...Finished 12th in the men's hammer throw competition at the Big Ten Championships, throwing 63.25m (207-6).
