2012 (Redshirt)
Melissa Dragoo redshirted both the 2012 indoor and outdoor seasons... competed unattached once during the indoor season, setting a mark of 5-1 (1.55) in the high jump... competed unattached once during the outdoor season, posting a throw of 117-1 in the javelin at the Nebraska Mini Meet... was named to the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 Nebraska Scholar- Athlete Honor Roll.

 

Before Nebraska (Notre Dame Prep)
Dragoo joined the Huskers for the 2012 season after finishing her senior season in Arizona's Class 4A-II at Notre Dame Prep in Scottsdale... earned two medals as a freshman in 2008 with a seventh-place finish in the long jump and an eighth-place finish in the high jump... returned as a sophomore to take second in both the long jump (17-2) and high jump (5-4), while also finishing third in the triple jump (35-1 1/4).
