2020 (Senior/COVID-19 Pandemic)
Indoor: Recorded personal-bests in the 600m (1:22.43) at the adidas Classic and 3,000m (9:09.07) at the Nebraska Tune-Up...also ran a season-best in the 800m (1:54.03o) at the Iowa State Classic.

Outdoor: Due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was not contested. To help combat the spread of the virus, both the Big Ten Conference and the University of Nebraska suspended all team activities, effective March 13.

2019 (Junior)
Indoor: Finished fifth with the distance medley relay team at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 9:51.81...ran a personal-best time of 2:31.89 in the 1,000m at the Graduate Classic...set season-bests in the 800m (1:53.29) and mile (4:18.71).

Outdoor: Ran season-best times in the 800m (1:56.02) and 1,500m (4:01.58).

2018 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Placed 10th with the DMR at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 10:01.35o...won the DMR at the Graduate Classic...set a personal best of 4:16.38 in the mile to finish sixth at the Nebraska Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Ran a time of 1:57.81 to finish fourth in the 800m at the Nebraska Invitational.

2017 (Freshman)
Indoor: Placed 11th with the DMR at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a time of 9:58.16...set indoor season bests of 1:52.67 in the 800m and 4:18.30 in the mile...won the 800m at the adidas Classic and was fourth at the Nebraska Tune-Up...finished 22nd in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.

Outdoor: Set a personal record and placed third in the 1,500m at the Nebraska Invitational with a time of 3:55.78...posted an outdoor personal-best of 1:54.70 in the 800m at the John Jacobs Invitational.

Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Mt. Prospect High School in Illinois...at the Illinois Class 3A state meet, finished fifth in the 1,600m in 4:19.24…also anchored the 4x800m relay team to a third-place finish…set a 1,600m prep best of 4:17.04, an 800m prep best of 1:55.59 and a 3,200m prep best of 9:22.12 in the 3,200m.
