2005: Jamie Senkbile claimed her first scoring spot at the Big 12 Championships by placing seventh outdoors in the hammer throw with a spin of 172-10... posted a regional-qualifying and personal-best mark of 180-6 a week earlier at the Nebraska Invitational... placed 15th at the NCAA Midwest Regional (174-8)... notched wins in the hammer at the John Jacobs Invitational and Doane Relays... set a career best in the weight throw at the Big 12 indoor meet with a ninth-place toss of 56-10... earned fourth place at the Northern Iowa Invitational (56-4 3/4). 2004: Senkbile threw a then-career-best 169-6 in the hammer throw to earn 11th place at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships... claimed bronze at the Mid-States Collegiate Open (163-0)... threw 163-4 at the Nebraska Quadrangular... set her previous personal record indoors of 50-10 3/4 in the weight throw at the Prairie Wolf Invite. 2003: Senkbile threw her season-best mark of 49-2 1/2 in the weight throw at the Husker Invite... outdoors threw a season-best mark of 154-5 in the hammer throw at the Ward Haylett Invite... took fifth place (132-2) in the hammer at the K.T. Woodman Classic. Trinity International: Attended Trinity International University in Deerfield, Ill., as a freshman in 2002... played basketball, but there was no track and field team at Trinity. High School: The Nebraska Class D shot put champion in 1999, 2000 and 2001... placed sixth in the discus and ran the second leg of the Nebraska Christian 4x800-meter relay at the state meet in 2001... qualified for the 1998 Class D meet in the shot, but did not score.
