Indoor: Placed eighth at the Big Ten Championships with a mark of 18.81m (61-8 1/2) in the men's shot put competition...Secured a first-place finish in the Graduate Classic men’s shot put competition with a mark of 18.45m (60-6 ½)...Claimed first in men’s shot put at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a mark of 18.11m (59-5)...Opened his collegiate career with a second place at the Husker Holiday Open in the men’s shot put competition with a mark of 18.46m (60-6 ¾)...Placed sixth at the Frank Sevigne Invitational in the shot put competition with a mark of 17.99m (59-0 1/4)...Secured fifth place in the men's shit put competition with a mark of 18.41 (60-5) at the Heartland Invitational.

Attended Afrikaanse Hoër Seunskool in South Africa...set high school bests of 67-6 (20.57m) in the shot put and 178-1 (54.30m) in the discus...won the shot put gold medal at the African U18 Championships and Commonwealth Youth Games, and was the silver medalist in the discus...named the 2024 Athletics South Africa Male Prospect of the Year...finished third in the shot put at the South African Championships in 2025.
