Ethan Baker of Southmoore High School in Moore, Okla., comes to Nebraska after winning two Class 6A 400-meter state titles... competed in Oklahoma’s largest class... won his first state title as a junior in 2009 with a time of 49.93, after he ran 49.29 in the preliminaries... successfully defended his title as a senior with a time of 48.28 and added a runner-up finish in the 200 meters (21.65)... cleared his personal best of 47.55 in the 400 meters at the 2010 6A Regional, which was the top time by a Oklahoma prep in 2010... also set the top 200 mark with a time of 21.14... chose Nebraska over Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Kansas State, Oklahoma State and Missouri.
