Indoor: Ran season-bests in the 3,000m (9:05.72) at the Graduate Classic and 5,000m (15.30.59) at the Nebraska Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Earned season-best times in the 3,000m (9:00.35) at the Husker Invite and 5,000m (16:07.10) at the Prairie Wolf Invite.

2018 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished seventh in the 5,000m at the Nebraska Tune-Up...set a personal-best in the 5,000m with a time of 15:21.67 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invite.

Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 5,000m at the Prairie Wolf Invitational...set a personal-best in the 5,000m at the Kansas Relays with a time of 15:33.98.

2017 (Redshirt)
Indoor: Redshirted...competed unattached in two meets and set season bests in both the 3,000m (9:02.71) and 5,000m (15:23.41).

Outdoor: Redshirted...competed unattached in two meets and placed sixth in the 3,000m at the Nebraska Invitational with a personal-best time of 8:59.61.

2016 (Freshman)
Indoor: Set season bests of 9:07.07 in the 3,000m and 15:53.81 in the 5,000m.

Outdoor: Ran 9:07.71 in the 3,000m at the Husker Spring Invite. 

Before Nebraska
Attended Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas...helped Carroll win four state championships and four Nike South Regional championships, as well as a runner-up finish at Nike Nationals in 2011...posted a 5,000-meter prep best of 16:08...finished fourth in his district meet and 25th at regionals...placed 32nd at the Texas 6A state meet...was a National Hispanic Scholar and AP Scholar with Distinction.

Born Nov. 3, 1997 in Stamford, Connecticut...parents are Eric Karl and Rocio Torres-Quevedo...majored in accounting and economics...earned bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2019.
