2006: Daniel Wasson saw his first indoor action in the triple jump for the Huskers as a redshirt freshman... recorded his indoor personal best while earning fourth place at the Nebraska Wesleyan Triangular... outdoors, posted a season-best 46-8w to finish third at the Doane Relays... also claimed bronze honors at the Emporia State Relays (46-1 1/4w). 2005: Wasson redshirted during the indoor season before competing in the triple jump outdoors... posted a leap of 47-2 1/4w to finish sixth at the ESU Relays... finished fifth at the Nebraska Invite with a mark of 44-6 1/4... claimed fifth at the Doane Relays (44-8)... competed unattached during the indoor season, with his best finish of sixth at the adidas Classic (44-6 3/4). High School: Wasson bounded to the Class 2A triple jump title at the 2004 Kansas state meet with a personal best of 45-3 1/4... also placed fifth in the Class 2A long jump... earned fourth place in the 2003 Class 2A triple jump.
