2017 (Junior)
Indoor: Won the Big Ten heptathlon title at the Big Ten Indoor Championships with a personal-best 5,672 points, the third-highest point total in NU indoor history...finished 20th on the national indoor qualifying list in the heptathlon...set new personal bests in the high jump (6-7 1/2, 2.02m), pole vault (16-4 3/4, 5.00m) and shot put (47-2 1/2, 14.39m) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships...finished fifth in the heptathlon at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational with 5,530 points.

Outdoor: Finished seventh in the decathlon with 7,813 points at the NCAA Outdoor Championships to earn first-team All-America honors for the first time in his career...was the Big Ten decathlon runner-up with 7,619 points and finished fifth in the javelin at 229-11 (70.07m)...broke Nebraska's decathlon school record with a personal-best 7,937 points at the Spec Towns Invitational...posted the fifth-best javelin throw in school history and a personal best, 231-1 (70.44m), to finish second at the Pac-12 vs. Big Ten Invitational...set new personal bests in six of the 10 decathlon events.

2016 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Scored 5,341 points in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Indoor Championships to earn a fifth-place finish...moved to No. 5 on the all-time NU indoor chart with a personal-best 5,515 points in the heptathlon to finish second at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...set indoor personal bests in the 1,000m (2:50.23o), 60m hurdles (8.30), and long jump (22-0 3/4, 6.72m)...won the pole vault and shot put part of the competition at the conference meet...

Outdoor: Named a second-team All-American in the decathlon after finishing 12th with 7,567 points at the NCAA Outdoor Championships...finished third at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a personal-best 7,620 points, which ranked fourth in NU history...competed in the javelin at the Big Ten meet and finished 13th with a toss of 194-10 (59.40m)...won the decathlon at the Kansas Relays with 7,327 points...set decathlon personal bests in eight of the 10 events...was the runner-up in the decathlon for Team USA at the NACAC U-23 Championships in El Salvador. 

2015 (Redshirt Freshman)
Indoor: Finished 10th in his only heptathlon of the season with 4,567 points at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational...set season bests in the 60m hurdles (8.38), 60m (7.16), high jump (6-2 3/4, 1.90m), long jump (21-7 1/2, 6.59m), pole vault (15-1, 4.60m) and shot put (44-11 1/2, 13.70m)...won the long jump title at the Prairie Wolf Invitational with his mark of 21-7 1/2 (6.59m).

Outdoor: Finished third at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the decathlon with 7,232 points...captured Big Ten decathlon event wins in the javelin and discus...also finished 14th in the individual javelin throw (192-2, 58.58m)...earned runner-up honors twice during the season in the javelin throw.

2014 (Redshirt)
Indoor: Redshirted...competed in four meets unattached during the indoor season...amassed a total of 4,784 points in the heptathlon at the Frank Sevigne Invite...recorded season-best times of 8.45 in the 60m hurdles, and marks of 6-2 3/4 (1.90m) in the high jump, 21-5 1/4 (6.53m) in the long jump and 12-1 1/2 (3.70m) in the pole vault.

Outdoor: Redshirted...finished first in the decathlon, javelin, 100m, 400m, 110m hurdles, long jump, shot put, high jump and discus at the Air Force Relays...set a javelin season best of 220-8 (67.26m) at the Nebraska Invite...placed seventh at the USATF Junior Nationals decathlon.

Before Nebraska
Joined the Huskers from Forest Lake High School in Forest Lake, Minnesota...came in fifth in the 110m hurdles at the 2013 Minnesota Class AA State meet with a time of 14.54... won the 300m hurdles in 2013 with a time of 37.60 and came in fourth in the high jump with a leap of 6-5 (1.95m)... finished fifth in the 300m hurdles at the Minnesota Class AA State Championships in 2012 with a time of 39.11... finished ninth in the event at the state championships in 2011, posting a time of 40.36.
