Indoor: Placed fifth in the mile at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational with a 4:24.03…finished 20th in the mile at the Nebraska Tune-Up (4:32.54) and 25th in the 3000m at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (8:50.14).

Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 1500m at the Shocker Open with a 4:02.10.

2023
Indoor: Ran the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational, clocking a 4:28.53.

Outdoor: Ran a 4:11.21 in the 1,500m at the KSU Ward Haylett, finishing sixth…finished as runner-up in the 800m with a 1:56.66 at the Prairie Wolf Invite…clocked a 3:55.19 in the 1,500m at the Drake Relays to place 21st.

Before Nebraska
Competed in cross country and track and Buffalo for three seasons…had a 54th-place at the MAC cross country championships in 2019…placed fifth in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships in 2019…was conference champion in the DMR at the 2020 MAC Championships.
