2012 (Junior)
Bobby Carter became a two-time All-American in 2012 after helping the 4x100-meter relay team to a seventh-place finish at the 2012 NCAA Outdoor Championships... posted an indoor personal best of 6.90 in the 60-meter dash at the adidas Classic... recorded a season-best long jump of 24-9 3/4 (7.56) at the Tyson Invitational on Feb. 10... posted a leap of 24-3 1/2 (7.40) to finish eighth in the long jump at the 2012 Big Ten Indoor Championships... recorded an outdoor personal-best leap of 50-2 1/2 (15.30) in the triple jump at the Nebraska Invitational on May 5... posted a personal-best long jump of 25-2 3/4 at the Nebraska Mini Meet on April 25... helped the men's 4x100-meter relay team to a third-place finish at the 2012 Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a time of 40.10... also finished sixth in the triple jump (49-7 1/4) and ninth in the long jump (24-2 1/2) at the conference championships... aided the 4x100-meter relay team to a ninth-place finish at the NCAA West Preliminary Round with a time of 39.97, advancing to the NCAA Championships in Des Moines, Iowa.

2011 (Sophomore)
Carter continued his string of success as a sophomore finishing fifth at the Razorback Invitational with a mark of 25-0 3/4... came in eighth in the long jump at the 2011 Big 12 Indoor Championships with a mark of 24-1 to earn All-Big 12 honors... took 15th in the triple jump at the 2011 Big 12 Indoor Championships with a jump of 46-2 3/4... recorded a mark of 25-2 1/2 in the long jump at the Drake Relays.

2010 (Freshman)
Carter had a stellar freshman campaign capturing All-America honors indoors and earning two All-Big 12 honors in the long jump... made his collegiate debut with a leap of 24-6 1/4 at the Holiday Inn Invitational... provisionally qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships the following week at the adidas Classic with a mark of 24-7 3/4... broke the 25-foot barrier at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a jump of 25-3 1/4 to finish fourth... cleared 25-8 1/4 at the ISU Last Chance to punch his ticket to the national meet... finished 12th overall and eighth among American jumpers at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a jump of 24-8 1/2 to earn All-America honors... set an outdoor season best at his second meet with a leap of 24-11 3/4 at the UTEP Invitational... topped 25 feet outdoors with a wind-aided mark of 25-0 1/2 at the Texas Tech Dual, where he also set a triple jump best of 49-2 1/4... cleared 24-2 1/4 at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships to take eighth.

Before Nebraska (West)
Carter competed at the Missouri state meet all four years and won two state titles at Lee's Summit West under Coach Bob Klausing... competed at the Missouri Class 3 state meet as a freshman, winning the long jump with a leap of 22-10 1/2 to help the Titans finish second in the team race... moved to the largest class, Class 4, for his final three seasons... after finishing 14th in the long jump in 2007 (20-8 1/2), he returned to finish seventh in the long jump (22-7 1/4), eighth in the triple jump (45-4 1/2) and ran the opening leg of the sixth-place 4x100- meter relay as a junior... cleared a then-personal-best 48-3 in the triple jump as a senior to win the state title, helping the Titans tie for second in the team race... chose Nebraska over Texas, Southeast Missouri State, Oklahoma and Baylor.
