2011 (Junior)
Blaire Dinsdale earned two more All-Big 12 honors during the indoor season... finished sixth in the 800 meters at the 2011 Big 12 Indoor Championships with a time of 2:11.20 for All-Big 12 accolades... finished sixth in the distance medley relay with an 11:32.59 for an additional All-Big 12 award... competed in seven meets during the indoor track and field season... recorded a personal-best 3:07.13 in the 1,000 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational... came in 11th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:09.55 at the 2011 Big 12 Outdoor Championships... recorded a personal-best 4:35.30 in the 1,500 meters at the Concordia Invitational on April 16... she finished out the season at the NCAA West Regional where she finished 39th (2:11.27).

2010 (Sophomore)
Dinsdale added another All-Big 12 honor with a third-place finish in the 800 meters during the outdoor season... competed in the 600 yards and 800 meters during the indoor season... broke her previous best of 1:23.93 in the 600 with a time of 1:23.13 at the Nebraska Tune-Up... placed ninth in the 600 at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (1:23.20)... focused on the 800 outdoors and ran the 400 hurdles at two meets... following a third-place showing at the conference meet with a time of 2:08.66 she wrapped up the season at the NCAA West Regional where she finished 39th (2:12.78).

2009 (Freshman)
Dinsdale earned two All-Big 12 honors at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, as she finished fourth in the 800 meters (2:10.40) and ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay that placed eighth... ran the 800 meters at seven meets during the outdoor season... earned All-Big 12 honors at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:10.94... missed an automatic bid to the NCAA Outdoor Championships by one spot at the Midwest Regional... finished sixth with a season best of 2:08.82.

Before Nebraska (North Tama HS)
Dinsdale came to Nebraska as a nine-time individual Iowa Class 1A state champion under Coach Kent Hanser... helped the Redhawks to team titles in 2006, 2007 and 2008, including the most team points in Class 1A state history in 2008... won the 400 hurdles (1:02.82) as a sophomore... earned state championships in the 400 (56.39), 800 (2:11.65) and 400 hurdles (1:02.86) as well as being a member of the champion DMR (4:05.27) team as a junior... won the 800 (2:14.55), 1,500 (4:37.75) and 400 hurdles (1:03.29) as a senior... set class 1A state meet records in the 400 and DMR in 2007 as well as the 1,500 meters in 2008... was a four-time participant in the state cross country meet... won the individual title as a senior in 2007 and broke the Class 1A state meet record... totaled three Drake Relays titles with one in the 400 hurdles and two in the 4x800-meter relay... placed fifth in the 800-meter run at the 2006 USA Junior Championships and finished runner-up in the 800 at both the AAU and USATF Nationals... set the Iowa all-time best in the 800 meters... competed in the 800 meters at the 2007 World Youth Championships in the Czech Republic... finished sixth at the Nike Outdoor Games... member of the National Honor Society... honored as class salutatorian... chose Nebraska over Kansas, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, Northern Iowa and Iowa State.
