2003: Ashley Mader redshirted during the 2003 season and will compete for the Huskers for the first time in 2004. High School: In her senior year, Mader earned a trip to the 2002 Nebraska Class B State Meet by virtue of a third-place finish at districts in the discus (123-0)... threw the discus a personal best 135-10, setting the meet record at the 2002 Aurora Invitational.  Personal: Undecided on a major... her sister, Krista, is a former Cornhusker letterwinner (1991-94) as a shot putter... parents are Lloyd and Patricia Mader...  born March 18, 1984.
