2022-23: Junior
In her junior season, Isabel Adrover Gallego competed in 27 singles matches during the 2022-23 season. She earned an overall singles record of 15-12, including a 7-8 spring singles record. She played at three different singles positions, tallying a 3-0 mark at No. 3, a 2-2 record at No. 2 and a 2-6 mark at No. 1. In doubles action, Adrover Gallego obtained a 12-7 record and mainly partnered with Ana Carmen Zamburek and Anfisa Danilchenko in the No. 2 spot. She grabbed an overall doubles record of 8-4 with Carmen Zamburek and with Danilchenko, she posted a 2-2 record. 
 
Off the court, Adrover Gallego earned the Sam Foltz Hero Leadership award and was a member of the 2023 Tom Osborne Citizenship Team. 


2021-22: Sophomore 
Adrover Gallego competed in 24 singles matches during the 2021-22 season. She posted a 9-15 overall singles record and a 7-11 record in the spring. She competed at three different singles positions, posting a 7-5 mark at No. 2, a 1-3 record at No. 3 and 1-0 overall in the No.1 spot. In doubles action, Adrover Gallego competed with Chloe Kuckelman in 18 matches, posting a 7-6 record. 
 
Off the court, Adrover Gallego earned Academic All-Big Ten honors for the second straight season and was a member of the 2022 Tom Osborne Citizenship Team. 

2020-21: Sophomore
Adrover Gallego saw extensive action in her sophomore season, competing in 25 singles matches, the most of any Husker. She posted a 12-13 overall singles record and a 6-12 record in the spring, tying for third on the team in overall wins. She competed at two different singles positions, posting a 4-9 mark at No. 2 and a 1-1 record at No. 3. In doubles action, Adrover Gallego competed with Claire Reifeis in all of her 17 matches, posting an 11-6 record.

The Mallorca, Spain native had an outstanding fall, recording a 6-1 singles record and becoming the second Husker of the season to capture an ITA Fall Circuit Title. In the November event, Adrover Gallego won her quarterfinal and semifinals matches to get her to the finals, where she defeated Denver’s Anna Riedmiller, 6-7 (4), 6-2, 1-0 (10-8).

Off the court, Adrover Gallego earned claimed an Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar Award and claimed Academic All-Big Ten honors. She was also a member of the 2021 Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.

2019-20: Freshman (Year of Eligibility Restored Due to COVID-19 Pandemic)
Adrover Gallego won 10 singles matches in an impressive freshman season that was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One of four Huskers to post double-digit single victories in 2019-20, Adrover Gallego went 10-6 in singles competitions, including a 5-2 mark during the spring. She competed out of the No. 2 and 3 spots as a freshman, posting a 2-1 mark out of the No. 2 spot and a 3-1 record from the No. 3 position. In doubles play, Adrover Gallego went 5-5, including a 4-2 mark during the spring. She teamed with Claire Reifeis to post a 4-1 record, including a perfect 3-0 mark during the spring. 

During the fall, Adrover Gallego impressed in singles play, posting a 5-4 record and winning more fall singles matches than any other Husker. In her Nebraska debut at the Lawrence ITF, the Mallorca, Spain, native advanced to the second round of the main singles draw after winning two qualifying matches. She won her first two matches of the spring against TCU and Colorado State and after falling in a tiebreaker against Iowa State, Adrover Gallego added back-to-back wins, including a victory in her Big Ten debut at Rutgers. She ended her abbreviated freshman season with a singles win in the Huskers' victory over Wyoming. In doubles action, Adrover Gallego went 4-2 during the spring including her perfect 3-0 record with Reifeis as her teammate.

Personal
The daughter of Miguel Angel Adrover Vidal and Isabel Gallego Ortiz, Isabel was born and raised in Mallorca, Spain. She has two older brothers, Tomeu and Miguel, and an older sister, Patricia. A computer engineering major, Isabel earned her bachelor's degree from Nebraska in May of 2023. A Big Ten Distinguished Scholar in 2023, she is a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection. She has earned eight spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. She claimed a prestigious Sam Foltz 27 Hero Leadership Award in 2023, and is a four-time member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.
